Roland VersaCAMM SP300-I

My Safety Gear

The Roland VersaCAMM SP300-I is a state-of-the-art printing and cutting machine, that My Safety Gear Ltd purchased in July from The Magic Touch Ltd, to create vinyl heat transfers in house. It allows us to produce sharp, vibrant logos or designs in pretty much any colour and size up to 30”.

The SP300-I is an easy to use printer and cutter using Eco-Sol MAX inks to create a range of colours for any logo desired. The inks are designed as a safe odourless ink that can dry rapidly, be highly scratch resistant and deliver a high-density 3-year durability. We use CorelDraw and VersaWorks software in house to convert logos meaning that our turnaround time can be as little as 1-2 days.

We recommend using vinyl heat transfer for High Visibility/Waterproof clothing to ensure you get the best finish. Click here to shop our range of High Visibility Workwear.

We also recommend that heat transfers should be used for large logos and intricate logos, as we believe you would get the best outcome. It is also the most cost effective method of corporatisation we offer.

One of our employees carries out a clean of the machine weekly to ensure that it is in good working order and will produce the best quality logos for all our clients. This is also to ensure that the machine is well maintained.

The machine is perfect for busy environments as it can produce long runs and can be left unattended during these, which means we can leave the logos to be printed and cut whilst doing many of the other jobs.

So far, this machine has been a real asset to My Safety Gear Ltd enabling us to complete new client orders in a short turn around time. If you are ever in the local area of Great Yarmouth and you are looking for Workwear or PPE pop in and see us.

How it works:

  1. A customer will send us the highest resolution of their logo in JPEG or PDF format via our website when purchasing their garments to go alongside.
  2. One of our members of staff will redesign and convert your logo into the software so the machine is able to read it.
  3. We will then send the customer a proof of their logo and wait for their approval.
  4. Then we send your approved logo to print.

Our current pricing for heat transfers can be found on our corporate page.
